Essential Dough

The Easiest Essential dough recipe you will find. A crunchy warm crust with a soft and fluffy inside.
Nothing beats fresh home made bread!

 1.10 kg Flour
 25 ml pink salt
 850 ml Warm water
 15 g Sugar
 15 g Yeast

Place yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl whisk and set aside.

Weigh off flour and salt in large bowl, stir.

Add all wet ingredients to the dry ingredients mix together and knee for 10 min till smooth.

Let rise in warm area for 1h till double its size
Grease 3 med sized bread pans that can hold more than 1kg bread.

Divide the dough amongst the 3 containers 600g per bread container.
When ready for second proving, preheat the oven to 180C .
proof bread for 20-40min depending on how warm your area is. Dough must be double in size.

Bake for 40 min or until golden brown. I like to take my breads out their containers 30min into the baking.

Cool slightly and enjoy!
