GF Carrot cupcake



Our GF carrot cupcake mix is one of our favourite creations , soft & moist. It literally melts in your mouth.

They are so easy to prepare: defrost your batter at room temperature over night, snip a hole in the piping bag and pipe your paper cups 3/4 full of batter, bake in your preheated oven @ 180C for 15min or until firm to the touch. All our ovens are different, so make sure to use your own ovens instructions!

A perfect buttercream to accompany this cupcake is a light lemon buttercream Or a vegan cream cheese alternative.
